        <title>Mechanical Engineer</title>

        <description>Full-time 80hrs pp Days Bachelor&apos;s Degree required       Provide overall engineering direction, support and leadership to Project Management personnel.  This includes working with architects to establish engineering requirements for new construction and remodel projects.  Utilizing engineering principles, the engineer will assist in planning, coordinating, training, delivering and evaluating of services and operations to create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff.  Coordinate and direct the engineering design, planning, construction and alteration of buildings and other facilities.  Provide technical facilities advice and inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.  In addition, must have strong leadership skills and be able to establish work plans, budget, provide cost estimates, bid jobs and contracts for construction, and to direct and coordinate projects of varying scopes to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within time and funding parameters.
Education/Learning Experience:-Required: Bachelor&apos;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering-Desired: LEED experience
Work Experience:-Required: 5-8 years of related work experience in Engineering-Desired: Cross functional work experience preferred
Skills/Knowledge:-Required: Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical/civil engineering principles required.  Basic accounting knowledge of capital/expense budget generation and tracking required.  Must be knowledgeable in federal, state, and local legislation code compliance, Joint Commission, and regulatory affairs.  Ability to effectively plan projects for a multi-disciplined group of engineers/technicians required.  Must be responsive to customer requests and priorities.  Must be effective at delegation and judgment of project priorities.  Knowledge in risk and property management preferred.  Must be capable of prompt decisions regarding potential property loss, interruption, and personnel safety.  Must be able to function and perform as a Senior Facility Operations Team member.  Must be able to successfully interact with people from all levels of the organization and outside contractors.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Must be able to effectively communicate concepts and decisions to all organizational levels.  Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills.  PC literacy required.
Licenses/Certifications:-Desired: Six Sigma Certification or Project Management preferred</description>

        <title>Lead Operating Engineer</title>

*Work requires an advanced level of technical knowledge of the operation and maintenance of boilers, turbines, steam engines, pumps, condensers, chillers and air conditioning unit&apos;s equivalent to that which is normally acquired through four years of technical training and six years of progressively more responsible experience in an apprenticeship program and direct performance of these qualifications.*Work requires a comprehensive knowledge used within assigned area normally acquired through four to six years experience in a commercial or industrial plant.*Requires the ability to operate and program Johnson Control Metasys.*Requires the ability to operate and program PLC controlled systems.</description>
