Job Description:
Full-time Days vary, 7:00 a.m.- 7:00p.m./ 7:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. High school diploma or equivalent is required ACLS required Certification Required Current CPR certification required. Experience is preferred Provides emergency medical care and transportation for patients. Performs departmental duties for CRMC, the EMS department and EMS manager. When the staff paramedic functions as the charge paramedic the additional functions for unit management for an assigned shift is accepted. Minimum requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, current North Carolina EMT- Paramedic certification, current AHA CPR classification; AHA ACLS certification and one year experience at the EMP- Paramedic level preferred. Will need to obtain AHA PALS and BTLS certification within one year from date of hire.
