Job Description:
Full-time Day shift w/call Certification Required Current CPR certification required. Registered or registry eligible Experience is required The Senior Radiation Therapist is responsible for the daily supervision of activities of the Radiation Oncology department as directed by the Department Manager and also acts as manager in the Department Manager's absence. He/she performs a more extensive range of Radiation Oncology procedures and tasks that requires an advanced level of job knowledge and skill. An integral responsibility is maintaining a close liaison with the Manager, other department staff and Radiation Oncology physician. In addition, it is the Senior Radiation Therapists responsibility to conduct orientation/teaching programs for new technologist and auxiliary staff.
